FICTIONAL SATIRE: A new character named Roma has Ufa talking

In this made-up account, Bashkortostan's capital is caught up in the autumn's biggest commotion. At its centre is a mysterious character named Roma, who becomes the talk of the city in just a few days.
According to the story, Roma had previously led an ordinary life and attracted little attention. Then everything changed overnight.
“We knew a very different Roma. Nobody understands what happened,” the supposedly shocked residents say in this fictional scene.
Witnesses within this invented story claim Roma now turns up in unexpected places, acts provocatively and has no intention of slowing down.
THE CITY WANTS ANSWERS
The fictional residents have three main questions:
Who is Roma, really?
Why has his arrival caused such a stir?
How far will he go for attention?
“Roma, Ufa will remember you,” says a joke comment that becomes the story's slogan.
While the imagined city tries to make sense of events, the central character remains silent.
