Terms of use
1. Scope
These terms describe use of ufa-news.flixx.space and its language versions. The site is an independent entertainment project featuring city-related material, archive summaries, opinions and satire. It does not act on behalf of public authorities, institutions, article subjects or owners of mentioned brands. Its name and news-style layout do not establish official status or registration as a mass media outlet.
2. Publication formats
Fictional stories carry the “Satire / fiction” label and must not be treated as verified event reports. Archive summaries, opinions and information articles are labelled separately. The presence of satire does not mean every historical date or every linked external publication is fictional.
3. Use of information
Material is provided for reading and entertainment. Archive information reflects its publication date, may be incomplete and does not replace current information from the original source. The site does not provide individual medical, financial or legal advice. External links lead to independent resources whose contents may change.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs and other works belong to their lawful rights holders. A source link is not a licence to reuse an entire work. Reuse is allowed under the applicable licence or statutory exceptions. Attribution, required licence notices and satire labels must not be removed where they are required for lawful reuse.
5. Translations and images
Russian and English versions may be edited independently. Translation does not change a publication’s genre or verify its claims. An image may be illustrative; its presence does not prove that the person shown participated in the described events. When versions differ, the particular language version, date and page address are relevant to identifying the disputed publication. These terms do not give either language version priority over mandatory law.
6. Liability and rights
Neither these terms nor a fiction notice displaces mandatory law or removes a reader’s rights. Calling material a joke does not by itself legitimise insults, unlawful image use or false defamatory allegations. Liability depends on applicable law and the circumstances of publication.
7. Effective edition
Version 2.0 takes effect on 18 October 2026 and remains in effect until amended. New terms govern subsequent use and do not remove rights already accrued. Publishing this document does not mean every action of the site owner has received legal review.
